How a package is created
The trainer creates a package with a number of credits and a price and assigns it to a client. A package can be active before payment, while an unpaid item remains in Finance. Track package and payment status separately.

When a session covered by the package is marked complete, Trely deducts one credit. Trainer and client see the remaining balance. If the session status changes later, Trely adjusts the used credit as well.
The trainer sets validity and refund terms. Returning money and cancelling unused credits are separate actions. When ending a package, complete both so refunded credits do not remain available.
