These terms govern use of the Trely app and website. We aim for plain language — if anything is unclear, email support@trely.eu.
1. About the service
Trely is a platform for trainers and their clients. Trainers use it for bookings, public profile, progress, and client management. Clients use it to request session times, track progress, and message their trainer; a time is confirmed by the trainer or the receiving side depending on the proposal type.

2. Account
You need an account to use Trely. By creating one, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information • Protect your password and credentials • Not allow third parties to access your account • Be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent)
Accounts are non-transferable.
3. Roles
Trely has two roles:
Trainer — pays for a subscription, manages clients, and can list pricing plus payment methods outside Trely.
Client — uses the app for free and requests or confirms session times with their trainer. Clients never pay Trely for app usage.
4. Subscriptions and payments (trainers)
Trainers choose one of these plans:
• 14-day free trial — no card required • Monthly — €12.99 / month • Annual — €119 / year (save €36.88)
Prices are in EUR including VAT. No hidden fees.
Subscriptions are processed by RevenueCat or the payment processor enabled for the given channel. Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel anytime in subscription settings.
Refunds follow the rules of the payment channel used.
5. Client-to-trainer payments
Online client-to-trainer payments through Trely/Stripe are not currently launched. Trainers can set pricing in the app and list cash or bank transfer outside Trely.
Clients never pay Trely for app usage.
Disputes about training services are handled directly between trainer and client.
6. Acceptable use
You agree:
• Not to harass other users • Not to attempt to bypass security • Not to upload content you don't have rights to • Not to use the service for illegal activity • Not to scrape data automatically
Violations may result in account termination without refund.
7. Content and IP
Content you upload (photos, messages, client data) remains yours. You grant us a license to store and display it as needed to provide the service.
Trely (logo, design, code) is owned by Rexly s.r.o. and protected by copyright.
8. Health and safety
Trely is not a medical app. Trainers are responsible for the safety of training sessions and the health of their clients. Consult a doctor before strenuous training.
Rexly s.r.o. is not liable for injuries or health issues arising during training.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We strive for high reliability but do not guarantee:
• Continuous availability • Bug-free operation • Fitness for a specific purpose
Planned maintenance: announced at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance: notified as soon as possible.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Slovak law, our liability is capped at the amount of your last paid monthly or annual subscription.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.).
11. Termination
You can close your account anytime in settings. Subscription remains active until the end of the period.
We may terminate your account for violations or upon discontinuation of the service (with 30 days notice).
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Bratislava.

13. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
