Questions before you subscribe
What is included in the 30-day trial?
The full Trely system with no feature limits and no payment card. Afterwards, choose monthly or annual billing.
How does the subscription work?
Purchase through the App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically until you cancel it in the relevant store settings.
How do client payments work?
Clients can pay by card through Trely if you have online payments turned on, or in cash or by bank transfer outside Trely. To turn on online payments, open Finance → Pricing and payments in Profile, then select and confirm your country of operation; the currency follows the country. You can record cash and bank transfers in Finance even without online payments.
What does Trely take from a client payment?
Nothing. Trely charges no commission on online payments. You only pay Stripe’s payment-processing fee, which Stripe deducts before the payout reaches your account.
Can I use session packages?
Yes. A client pays for a package by card in the app or outside Trely. You record payments made outside Trely in Finance. Trely tracks the remaining sessions.
What happens after I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling stops the next renewal; access lasts until the paid period ends. You can then view data, chat, manage your account and complete or cancel existing sessions. Creating new sessions requires active access. After the period ends, you have another 48 hours and up to three session confirmations.
Do I need my own website or booking system?
You do not need a separate system for a public profile, enquiries and scheduling. You can keep your website and link it to your Trely profile.

The subscription renews automatically. You can cancel the next renewal at any time in the App Store or Google Play; you keep access until the end of the paid period. You will see the final price and any tax before you confirm the purchase.
