What is included in the 30-day trial?
The full Trely system with no feature limits and no payment card. Afterwards, choose monthly or annual billing.
How does the subscription work?
Purchase through the App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically until you cancel it in the relevant store settings.
How do client payments work?
Trainers in Slovakia can activate card payments in EUR, and trainers in Czechia in CZK. Cash and bank transfers are recorded in Finance even without card payments activated.
What does Trely take from a client payment?
Nothing. Trely charges no commission on online payments. You only pay Stripe’s payment-processing fee (Standard product), which Stripe deducts before the payout reaches your account.
Can I use session packages?
Yes. Sell a package, record its payment and Trely tracks remaining credits and usage.
What happens after I cancel my subscription?
Access continues until the end of the paid period. Afterwards you can still view data, chat, manage the account, and complete or cancel existing sessions. Creating and confirming new ones requires an active subscription.
Do I need my own website or booking system?
You do not need a separate system for a public profile, enquiries and scheduling. You can keep your website and link it to your Trely profile.
