Contractual rules for using the Trely mobile app, website and related services.
1. Introduction and operator
By using Trely you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service. The Terms and Privacy Policy form the contractual framework.

Registered office: Račianska 14350/64B, 831 03 Bratislava, Slovak Republic Company ID: 57 516 812 · Tax ID: 2122791220 · VAT ID: SK2122791220 Commercial Register of the Bratislava III Municipal Court, Section Sro, Insert No. 197507/B Email: support@trely.eu · privacy: privacy@trely.eu Web: https://trely.eu
2. Trely service
Trely is a software platform for trainers, physiotherapists, rehabilitation professionals, nutrition advisers, clubs and coaches. It brings together client management, plans, calendars, communication, bookings, measurements, photos, public profiles, enquiries, finance and payments. Trely does not provide training or healthcare services, diagnosis or professional advice. Trely is not a medical record or medical device and must not be used for emergencies.
3. Account and licence
Accounts use email; no Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. Information must be accurate. One account is for one person and must not be shared. You are responsible for security. Trely grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for the account, trial or applicable access period.
4. Acceptable use
Trely may be used by people aged 16 or over. A trainer who activates online payments must be at least 18 and successfully complete Stripe verification. At launch, Trely is not intended for creating accounts or storing client data about anyone under 16 and does not provide a guardian workflow. Store only data needed for training or rehabilitation. Do not store national IDs, identity documents, full card details, bank credentials or unrelated health data. Illegal content, malware, account sharing, unauthorised access, reverse engineering, security bypass and automated scraping are prohibited.
5. Trainer–client relationship and processing of client data
Trely is a technical platform and is not a party to the training, rehabilitation or other professional service between trainer and client. The trainer sells the service in their own name and for their own account; Trely only facilitates the payment and the money goes to the trainer's account. The trainer determines the service, its price, the payment and cancellation terms, the package offering and its validity, and as the accounting entity is responsible for the authorisation to provide the service, taxes and the issuing of accounting or tax documents, consumer obligations including refunds, and the information given to the client. Trely does not create, verify or guarantee those obligations for the trainer. The trainer is also responsible for the accuracy, completeness and currency of the information in their public profile, including price, availability, qualifications and references; Trely does not verify that information.
For client data entered into or made available through Trely by a trainer, the trainer is the controller and Trely is the processor under GDPR Article 28. The trainer is responsible for lawful processing, transparency, handling client rights and a suitable legal basis, usually explicit consent for special-category data. Trely does not use this data for its own marketing, client profiling or training artificial-intelligence models.
The subject matter is the technical provision of Trely for the duration of the account and the subsequent deletion or return of data. The nature and purpose include receiving, hosting, organising, displaying, synchronising, communicating, backing up, securing, supporting, exporting and deleting data needed to manage clients and sessions. Data subjects are the trainer’s clients, prospects and contact people. Data types include identity and contact details, bookings, communications, plans, notes, measurements, photos, progress and payment information, and the other categories described in the Privacy Policy.
Trely processes this data only on the trainer’s documented instructions arising from use of Trely and these Terms, ensures authorised people are bound by confidentiality and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures under GDPR Article 32. If Trely believes an instruction infringes applicable law, it will inform the trainer and may suspend that instruction.
The trainer gives general authorisation for the subprocessors listed in the Privacy Policy. Trely remains responsible for their contractual duties, gives reasonable notice of a material change and allows the trainer to object on demonstrable data-protection grounds. Transfers outside the EEA take place only with valid safeguards.
Trely reasonably assists with data-subject rights, security incidents, impact assessments and regulatory consultation. It notifies the trainer of a client-data breach without undue delay. After the service ends, Trely deletes the data or enables its export at the trainer’s choice and instruction unless law requires retention. Trely provides information needed to demonstrate compliance and permits a reasonable audit by prior agreement without compromising the security of other users.
Photos and other materials a client provides to you through Trely as part of your working relationship are not automatically intended for publication or promotion of your services.
Before using client photos on social media, a website or in advertising, you must obtain the client’s separate, voluntary and demonstrable consent for the specific use. Sending a photo or accepting Trely’s terms of use does not replace this consent.
As the trainer, you are responsible for obtaining and retaining consent, respecting its scope and handling its withdrawal. You must not make training conditional on consent or worsen the terms of your working relationship with a client who refuses or withdraws it.
6. Subscriptions, payments and refunds
Clients do not pay for an account or for using Trely. A new trainer can use Trely free of charge for the first 30 days after registration, without entering a card. After that, they need a subscription to keep using it. A trainer’s monthly or annual subscription is processed by the App Store or Google Play and technically managed through RevenueCat; renewal is cancelled in the relevant store and Apple or Google decides subscription refunds. The current price, billing period and any taxes are shown before purchase in the store and at https://trely.eu/en/pricing. The relevant store gives notice of a price change to an existing subscription before the next renewal.
The trainer sets the session price, the cancellation rules and the packages. An online payment for a session or a package goes directly to the trainer’s payment account with Stripe (Stripe Connect); the trainer, not Trely, is the service provider and the seller towards the client. Stripe processes the card and stores it on the trainer’s account; Trely does not store the full card number. The client saves a card separately with each trainer, and consent to automatic payments applies only to that trainer. Trely takes no fee from the payment; the trainer pays Stripe’s processing fee under Stripe’s terms. Cash and bank-transfer payments take place outside Trely and the trainer may record them; the client cannot mark a payment as paid.
When a booking is confirmed, Trely saves the session price and the cancellation window under the cancellation terms the trainer has at that moment; if the trainer changes them later, the confirmed booking is not affected. The client may cancel the session free of charge if the cancellation reaches Trely within the cancellation window; the time on Trely’s server decides. With payment by saved card, payment is taken only after the cancellation window has ended (section 6a), so the client pays nothing when cancelling in time; if a payment were taken anyway, it is refunded in full. If the client cancels later or does not attend without cancelling, the client pays the full price and a session from a package is forfeited. If the trainer cancels the session, the client pays nothing, a payment already made is refunded in full and a session from a package returns to the package. The trainer may waive a payment. If a card payment through Trely has already gone through, waiving it refunds the client in full. Waiving does not return money paid outside Trely (cash, bank transfer); the client settles any refund of it directly with the trainer. If a session is moved after the cancellation window has ended, the original window and payment apply. With payment by saved card, the trainer may expressly allow a new window when moving it. A refund is complete once Stripe confirms it; depending on the bank, the money may reach the card later. Bookings the client paid at confirmation before 22 September 2026 are refunded on timely cancellation under the previous terms. “Refund in progress” means the process is not yet complete. A Stripe or Trely payment confirmation is not a tax invoice for the session; the trainer issues any required invoice or tax document. A client may dispute a card payment with their bank; the bank and Stripe decide the dispute. During the process, Stripe may temporarily debit the amount from the trainer’s account and ask the trainer for evidence that the service was provided.
6a. Saved card and automatic payments
The client may save a card with a trainer and agree that sessions confirmed with that trainer will be paid automatically. The details are set out in section 6d (Terms for automatic card payments); their current version is saved with the consent. The price confirmed at booking is paid; a different amount may be paid only if the client approves it before payment.
Payment is taken once the cancellation window has ended. If the session can be cancelled until it starts, payment is taken at the start of the session. If the client books after the cancellation window has ended, payment is taken immediately. If the trainer confirms a session request only after the cancellation window has ended, payment is taken immediately on confirmation, but only if the client agreed to this when sending the request.
If a payment fails because of a technical error, Trely will retry it at most twice, but never after the session has started. If the bank declines the payment, asks for additional authentication or the card is no longer valid, the payment is not retried and the client is notified in the app and by e-mail. Neither a failed nor an outstanding payment cancels the booking automatically; the trainer decides about an unpaid session and may keep it or cancel it for non-payment.
The client may have several cards saved with a trainer; the card the client marks for payments is charged. The client withdraws consent by removing the card or deleting the account; payments for sessions confirmed before then remain due.
6b. Session packages
A package is a prepaid number of sessions with a specific trainer. It is not a monetary balance or monetary credit. A package can be used after successful payment and only with the trainer from whom the client bought it.
Before buying, the client sees how long the package is valid: 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365 days from payment, or without limit. A session from the package must take place while it is valid; sessions the client has not used by the end of the validity are forfeited. When buying a package, the client may also save a card with the same trainer for later payments under section 6a.
Each booking from a package uses one session. If the client cancels in time or the trainer cancels the session, the session returns to the package; on later cancellation or non-attendance it is forfeited. If the trainer cancels a session and the returned session would expire in less than 30 days, its validity is extended to at least 30 days from the cancellation.
Until a session has been paid automatically, the client may switch its payment from the package to the card or vice versa; when switching to the card, the session returns to the package. If the trainer changes the price list, the number of sessions in a package already bought does not change. If the trainer leaves Trely, unused sessions are settled under section 6c. Packages bought before 22 September 2026 keep the rules under which they were bought.
6c. Online payments: trainer obligations
A trainer who accepts online payments acknowledges that an automatic payment is not guaranteed and that the money arrives only once the payment has been processed successfully. The trainer may request or trigger a payment only for a confirmed booking and with the client’s consent. The trainer may record a payment outside Trely only if it has actually been received; this stops the automatic payment. The trainer may cancel a booking for non-payment only if the payment did not go through or the session has not been paid yet. Trely does not show the trainer why the bank declined a payment.
If the trainer cancels or waives a session that has already been paid, the trainer refunds the full amount to the client and bears the non-refundable Stripe fee. A cost demonstrably caused by an error of Trely is reimbursed by Trely outside the app after review.
If the trainer leaves Trely, the trainer’s future confirmed sessions are cancelled as if the trainer had cancelled them: scheduled payments do not go through, and card payments through Trely that have already gone through are refunded in full. For unused sessions from a package paid by card through Trely, the client is refunded an amount corresponding to their number. If a refund does not go through automatically, Trely support handles it. Trely does not refund payments made outside Trely (cash, bank transfer); the client settles their refund directly with the trainer. The trainer ensures there is enough money in their Stripe account for these refunds.
The trainer is responsible for refunds, disputes and fees arising from their sessions. If their balance goes negative, Stripe debits the amount from their bank account. If that fails and Trely covers the amount, the trainer must reimburse Trely.
6d. Terms for automatic card payments
1. Who is who. The trainer provides the session and receives the payment. Trely is the app through which you pay and takes nothing from the payment. Stripe stores the card and processes the payments. Trely never sees or stores your full card number.
2. What the consent covers. Only sessions you confirm with that trainer, and only the card you save with them. You have separate cards and consents with other trainers. Saving a card or receiving a session proposal from the trainer does not by itself pay for anything. You can save a card at your first booking without a package or when buying a package; you pay for the package straight away and confirm it separately.
3. How much is paid. The price you see and confirm when booking. It does not change afterwards — only if the trainer changes it before payment and you confirm the new price. More than the last confirmed price is never charged. If you cancel in time, you pay nothing; if you cancel later or do not attend, you pay the full price.
4. When payment is taken. When the booking is confirmed, the cancellation window, during which you can cancel free of charge, is saved; a later change to the trainer’s cancellation terms does not affect your booking. The payment is processed once the cancellation window has ended, usually within a few minutes. If the session can be cancelled until it starts, payment is taken at its start. If you book after the cancellation window has ended, you pay immediately. If the trainer confirms your request only after the window has ended, payment is taken immediately on confirmation — you give your consent to this when sending the request. A cancellation is on time if Trely receives it within the cancellation window; the time on Trely’s server decides, not the time on your phone. If the payment is scheduled more than 24 hours ahead, Trely sends you an in-app notification about 24 hours before it is processed.
5. If a payment fails. After a technical error Trely first checks that the original payment did not go through and then retries it — at most twice, after about 5 and 30 minutes, and only before the session starts. If the bank declines the payment, there is not enough money on the card, the card is no longer valid or the bank requires authentication, the payment is not retried automatically: Trely lets you know in the app and by e-mail, and you complete the payment in the app with the same or another card. The session is not cancelled by this and the cancellation terms do not change. The trainer only sees that the payment needs attention — not the bank’s reason. The trainer may keep the session or cancel it for non-payment.
6. Authentication by the bank. Your bank may ask you to authenticate when you save the card and when a later payment is made. Until you complete it, the payment is not made.
7. When nothing is paid. When you cancel the session in time; when the trainer cancels it before payment; when the trainer waives the payment; when the trainer records that the session was paid otherwise (cash, bank transfer); when you switch the session to a package; when the trainer leaves Trely. If a payment nevertheless went through in these cases, it is refunded in full.
8. Changing the card. You can have several cards with one trainer; the marked card is always charged. Adding another card changes nothing. If you want to pay with a new card, choose “Replace the payment card” — scheduled payments move to it and your original card stays saved. When resolving one failed payment, you choose whether the new card applies only to that payment or also to further payments with the same trainer. If you remove the marked card or it stops being valid, Trely will not pick another one for you — you choose it at the next payment. When you choose a new card, the payment is processed at its original time. Cards with other trainers are not affected.
9. Withdrawing consent. You can withdraw consent at any time: remove the card in the app or write to support@trely.eu. From then on nothing is paid from it automatically. Sessions already confirmed remain due — you pay for them with another card, a package or by agreement with the trainer, or cancel them under the cancellation terms. No one may block your withdrawal.
10. Notifications. You can see a scheduled payment in the session details. If a payment fails or the bank requires authentication, you get a notification in the app and an e-mail (without a link). Stripe sends you the payment confirmation; Trely does not send its own e-mail about a successful payment. The confirmation is not a tax document — the trainer issues that if required by law.
11. What Trely keeps. To be able to show what the consent covers, Trely keeps the version of these terms, the time of consent, the trainer, the amount, the currency, the session date, the cancellation window, the cancellation terms and the payment identifiers at Stripe. It keeps the consent record for 3 years from the last payment made under it, and the saved card until it is removed, the consent is withdrawn or the account is deleted.
12. How long the consent lasts. Until you withdraw it, until the card stops being valid or until the trainer leaves Trely.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content and grant Trely a non-exclusive right to process it only to provide, secure, back up and improve Trely. You must have the right to upload it. The app, code, design, databases, name and logo are protected.
8. Suspension, changes and availability
Trely may suspend or close accounts for breach, abuse, unlawful processing or security threats. It may change features and prices, perform maintenance or discontinue service with reasonable advance notice where possible. There is no SLA and beta features may contain errors.
9. Liability
You are responsible for data accuracy, lawful processing and account security. To the extent allowed by law, Trely is not liable for user content, professional decisions, health outcomes, misuse, third-party outages or user-caused loss. Trely is neither the payer nor the recipient of a session payment. It does not guarantee that an automatic payment will go through, that the client has enough money on the card, or that the trainer will refund a payment from their account. It is, however, responsible for ensuring that payments triggered by Trely are made in accordance with the client’s consent. Total liability is capped at subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months, except liability that cannot legally be excluded. This limit does not apply to Trely’s liability towards the client for an automatic payment that Trely made incorrectly, in particular contrary to the client’s consent or these Terms. For such a payment Trely is liable to the client at least up to the amount incorrectly charged and the proven costs of refunding it.
10. Complaints and disputes
Send technical issues and complaints to support@trely.eu. Mandatory consumer rights remain. Complaints about the session itself and its price are handled by the client directly with the trainer. Failed, unclear or incomplete payments and refunds are handled by Trely support; in the app the payment is then shown as being checked or as needing attention. The parties first seek an amicable solution; Slovak courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
11. Final provisions
These Terms are the entire agreement about Trely. Invalidity of one part does not affect the rest. Communications may be electronic. IP, privacy, liability and dispute clauses survive termination. 25 September 2026. The Slovak version is binding.
12. Account deletion
Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate. Delete the account in the app or email support@trely.eu; the practical steps are at https://trely.eu/en/delete-account. We remove access, contact and profile data, messages, progress photos, measurements, intake forms, private notes linked to your account and client-specific training records; a note written on a shared group session remains with the trainer, because it belongs to the session, not to an individual participant. We cancel future individual bookings; for a group booking, only the client’s participation. When an account is deleted, Trely cancels saved cards and consents to automatic payments. Cancelled bookings are paid for under the cancellation terms; if, after the cancellation window has ended, a payment arises that can no longer be processed automatically, the trainer may settle it with the client outside Trely or waive it. Historical bookings, payments and operational audit records may remain without the original identity; the trainer sees a numbered former-client reference. Support communications may remain for 3 years, accounting records for 10 years and daily database backups for 7 days. If a complaint, dispute or official proceeding is in progress, we retain the record until it ends. Before completing a request, we may verify that the account belongs to you. Export before deletion.
