A public-profile enquiry is a first contact, not a booking. The trainer can send an invitation to Trely or a decline by email. Enter the invite code in the app; once your accounts are paired, arrange and confirm your session.
Do not include health documents, payment details or passwords in an enquiry. Share health or other sensitive information only after agreeing to continue — for example in Trely chat or in person at the first session.
Write from the email linked to your account. Include your role, topic, device, system version and the steps that led to the issue. For a session, include its date and time.
Never send a card number, CVC, password or bank login details.
