Signing up for an open session, paying for a spot, the waitlist and canceling your spot.
01
Creating a session as a trainer
In Calendar, add a group session. Choose the slot, capacity, price per spot and who can sign up: selected clients, a specific group or all your clients. Clients sign up themselves. An open session isn’t a public offer for people you aren’t connected with. In a recurring series, clients sign up for each slot separately.
02
Signing up
Find your trainer’s open sessions on Home. Open a session and check the price for your spot, payment method and cancellation window. Follow the steps in the app to finish signing up. Check your own spot and payment; the status of the whole session doesn’t confirm either.
03
Paying online
Your trainer chooses the payment method. For online payments, the app shows whether you pay now or the payment is scheduled. If the app holds your spot during payment, finish paying by the time shown. Once it expires, the spot is released. If a spot is still available, you can sign up again. Opening the payment screen alone doesn’t confirm your spot.
04
When the session is full
Join the waitlist. The details show your position. When a spot becomes available, the app offers it to the next person in line. An offer doesn’t sign you up automatically: you have 10 minutes to complete the step shown. If payment is needed, finish paying; otherwise confirm your spot. Check the exact deadline on the offer. Once it expires, the offer moves to the next person.
05
Canceling and signing up again
Before you cancel your spot, the app shows what happens to the payment or the session from your package. If you cancel after the cancellation window ends, the card payment isn’t refunded, the session from your package is forfeited, and you still pay your trainer for a payment outside Trely. Signing up for the same session again is a new sign-up: check the price and complete it.
