TRELY SUPPORT

Getting started with Trely

Account, role, profile and the first trainer-client connection.

01

Choose the right role

Choose a trainer or client account. Trainers manage clients, sessions, finances and their public profile. A client account is free; sessions are paid for according to the trainer’s offer.

02

How a trainer starts

The trainer completes the profile, focus and work details, sets working hours, default price and payment options, then invites an existing client or shares the public profile.

03

First steps on Home

On Home you will find the “Get going with Trely” list with three steps: “Publish your profile”, “Accept card payments” and “Invite your first client”. The public profile is done once you publish it. Online payments are done once your Stripe account can accept payments and send payouts. You can postpone the public profile and online payments using the X beside each step and set them up later in Profile; the first client cannot be postponed. The list disappears when everything is done. The same steps are also in Profile under “Finish setup”.

04

What else Home shows

Home shows how many sessions you have today, proposals awaiting confirmation and the amount received this month. The Today, Waiting for your confirmation, Tasks & alerts and Tomorrow sections only appear when there is something in them, for example recording participation after a session. When your trial is about to end, Home shows it and a tap opens your subscription.

05

How a client starts

If you already have a trainer, enter their invite code in the app. If you are looking for one, browse public profiles and send a non-binding enquiry. An enquiry does not link your accounts or confirm a session. Once linked, you can arrange sessions and message each other in Trely.

Still need help?

Write from the email linked to your account. Include your role, topic, device, system version and the steps that led to the issue. For a session, include its date and time.

Never send a card number, CVC, password or bank login details.
