Messaging between trainer and client, reactions to messages and what erasing data does to them.
01
Reacting to a message
Press and hold a message and pick one of six reactions: đ â€ïž đ đź đ đ. You have one reaction per message. Picking a different one replaces the previous one. Tap the same reaction or âRemove reactionâ to remove it. You cannot react to system messages or to a message that is still sending. Reactions need an internet connection.
02
Who sees reactions
Reactions appear under the message with a count, and yours is highlighted. Tap a reaction to see who it is from. In a group chat these are membersâ names and profile photos. A member who is no longer in the group is marked âNo longer in the groupâ. A reaction sends no notification and does not change the unread count.
03
When you cannot react
In a private chat you can react while you are connected with your trainer. After disconnecting, after blocking or with a deactivated profile you cannot add new reactions; existing ones stay visible. In a group chat you can react while you are a member of the chat, and only to messages from when you were added. If you change reactions very quickly, wait a moment and try again.
04
Reactions and erasing data
When a message is erased, its reactions disappear too. After âAlso erase from my accountâ with a trainer, your reactions in that trainerâs chats are removed; deleting your account removes all your reactions. Other peopleâs reactions to your messages disappear only together with the message. Your reactions are also included in your personal data export.
