A proposal is not a confirmed session
A trainer or client can propose a time. It becomes a committed calendar entry only after the other side confirms it. Always check the current session state.
Time proposals, confirmations, repeats, cancellations and session status.

Trainers create recurring series and groups. Changing one time does not have to change the whole series; Trely shows the scope before saving.
Rescheduling creates a new proposed time that the other side must confirm again. Cancellation follows the trainer’s rule shown before confirmation. The resulting state remains in history.
Trely reminds you about confirmed sessions and checks overlaps. If a notification is missing, check app permissions and phone notification settings.
Write from the email linked to your account. Include your role, topic, device, system version and the steps that led to the issue. For a session, include its date and time.
