A privacy-notice template for a trainer, physiotherapist or another Trely professional. It must be customised before use.

1. How to use this template
This is an editable GDPR Articles 13/14 template. The professional must add their identity, contact, actual purposes, legal bases, periods and recipients. Linking to this template alone does not satisfy their duty.
2. Who processes data
The controller is the trainer or professional to whom the client gave data. Rexly s. r. o. provides Trely and generally acts as processor for client data under GDPR Article 28.
3. Data categories
Name, contact, height, weight, BMI, measurements, progress photos, training or rehabilitation notes, bookings, session history and communications.
4. Purpose and legal basis
Purposes include delivering services, client records, planning, progress, communication and bookings. The professional chooses the basis: contract, legitimate interest or explicit consent for Article 9 data.
5. Retention
Data is kept only while providing services, until deletion instruction or for a statutory period. The professional must state actual retention periods.
6. Rights and contact
Clients may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object, withdraw consent and complain. Contact the professional first; technical Trely questions may go to privacy@trely.eu.
7. Security
Trely uses TLS, access control and secure Supabase storage in Frankfurt, EU. The professional remains responsible for their devices, accounts and permissions.
