Send the request from the email address used for your Trely account. Never include your password or sensitive data.
1. How to request deletion
Use Delete account in the Trely app or email support@trely.eu from your account email and ask to delete your Trely account. Rexly may reasonably verify identity.
2. Cancel the subscription first
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel auto-renewal in Apple ID or Google account settings. Contact support for direct Stripe subscriptions.
3. What we delete and what may remain
We remove account access, push tokens, public profile and photos or files that directly belong to you. We cancel future active bookings and pending offers. Historical bookings, payments, accounting records, chat and client records may be retained or anonymised where needed for a legal duty, legal claims or data your trainer controls.
4. Timing and exceptions
We act without undue delay; operational deletion is generally completed within 30 days. Backups rotate within 30 days. Support communications may remain for 3 years and accounting records for 10 years; minimum data may remain for legal claims and security.
5. Export and client data
Export needed data before deletion; recovery may be impossible afterwards. If you are a client and your trainer entered the data, also contact that trainer as controller. Trely will assist them.
