Start account and data deletion here even if you cannot access the app. Cancelling a subscription is a separate step.
1. How to request deletion
Use Delete account in the Trely app or email support@trely.eu from your account email and ask to delete your Trely account. Rexly may reasonably verify identity.
2. Cancel the subscription first
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel auto-renewal in Apple ID or Google account settings. Contact support for direct Stripe subscriptions.
3. What we delete and what may remain
When a client deletes their account, we immediately remove access, contact and profile data, messages, progress photos, measurements, intake forms, private notes and client-specific training records. We cancel future individual bookings; for a group booking, we cancel only that client’s participation. Historical bookings, payments and operational audit records remain without the client’s original identity; the trainer sees a numbered Former client reference.
4. Timing and exceptions
We act without undue delay; operational deletion is generally completed within 30 days. Backups rotate within 30 days. Support communications may remain for 3 years and accounting records for 10 years; minimum data may remain for legal claims and security.
5. Export and client data
Export needed data before deletion; recovery may be impossible afterwards. If you are a client and your trainer entered the data, also contact that trainer as controller. Trely will assist them.
